I hired them through PackRat to load a container of my property which was going into storage for a while. They wrapped everything to protect my property, and organized the packing to maximize what would fit in the container.
PackRat estimated the job would take 3 hours, but it was a 5 hour job (PackRat's error as the team was very efficient in packing). I'm sure that messed up their schedule for the rest of the day, but they took it in stride and continued to provide excellent service and made sure all was to my liking.

The freight company that delivered our stuff forgot to unlock the trailer. I called Anthony to let him know, and he quickly responded that he had a bolt cutter and would take care of the problem. The crew was comprised of a mix of experience and physical strength, and they unloaded a fully packed 28 ft trailer in about 5 hours into our two-story house sitting on top of a steeply upward sloping rise. Ours was their second job of the day. At the end of the job, around 6:30, I asked if they would help me unload a van full of boxes at my storage space in another part of town, and they did not hesitate to agree.

I would give Anthony and Jorge more than 5 stars if I could. They were awesome. Showed up on time. Got everything done in the time allotted. Very kind and courteous and the most amazing packers I have ever seen.. We were unsure if we could fit everything in one truck but with their amazing packing skills it was not a problem. Highly recommend!!

What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are specially trained in customer service. This entails smooth communication throughout the moving process. They're also adept in the loading/unloading process while also being careful with the transport/carrying of furniture, items.
