Addendum- ARay did less than 2 hours of work and I was charged for 3 hours.
Chris of ARay of Services over quoted their services with me on the phone. Chris was one of the 3 guys who unloaded the PODS. He behaved unprofessionally and while the other 2 guys did a fine job I will never go with ARay of Services again and I will let others know that ARay is not a good company to use.
I can almost guarantee that Chris, who was a manager of the crew and may be part owner, will not try to right the situation.
If I were Hire A Helper I would not recommend ARay of Services. I can't imagine I'm the first to give ARay of Services a bad review especially after dealing with Chris. I was glad to get him out of my house as quickly as possible.

I hired 3 guys to help move my daughter from her apartment which had a tricky flight of stairs - very narrow. They did a great job - moved heavy and large pieces of furniture without a scratch on the staircase wall. I rented a truck and Chris packed the truck so it was done professionally. Highly recommend and would use again.

They had traffic so they were a little late but they got to work as soon as they arrived.
They did forget a heavy piece of furniture upstairs which we had to struggle to get down the stairs.
