The movers came with no furniture dolly or tools of any kind which made the move take much longer than it should have. I had one mover do the move into the truck in an hour and a half and the two Lambert's guys took over two hours to do the unload. A large glass top for a table was broken which I expected might happen and I do not blame them for that but a nice wooden table was severely gauged on the molding at the entrance of my apartment and the cords at the back of my television were pulled out along with the inner connections which is not fixable. I have tried to get in contact with the moving company and no one has returned my calls. Would not recommend.

Futhermore, You can file a claim with our Insurance company for the following items for which you've stated damaged in your statement:

*Wooden table (Severely Gauged)
In Conclusion, we've spoke after the service was concluded however neither of this informations were brought to my attent

I ordered 3 helpers for 2 hours. 3 helpers showed up and 1 took off for 1 hour. The other 2 had to be watched because when they were alone, they were slaking off. When I explained my complaints to the company, all they gave me was a 75 dollar discount. I would not recommend this service to anyone and would not use them again
