They were awesome!! So helpful and hard working! They even worked around our last minute POD delivery change. Would highly recommend!

They were on time and very nice. They loaded thr POD as good as they could considering the POD service did me wrong by sending to small of a POD, when ideally they should have sent two for size home. But they were patient with us and also loaded the UHAUL we had to rent as well. They completed our 3 bedroom, basement, garage, and shed in 2.5 hours. They only thing damaged during transit was our kitchen table. Our table has a gouge at one of the corners and the chairs have some damage to the leather seats. But other than that, everything was great. Not one dish or decor was broken.

Movers took 8hrs on 20items and no item weighed over 100lbs. Took their sweet time on purpose and when it was all set and done one of the movers or the company itself left an air tag and air pod inside of vent in home . Which we had to do a police report on and quickly move from the very place we had just moved in all because of this moving company and our safety . Highly donor recommend stay far away from this company !!!! And they will damage all of your furniture

Came late , didn't finish the job , 3 hours they where very slow, one of them was just walking around doing nothing , other one was is a personal call , the service company recommended the time and crews thry wasted my money. Do not go threw them you can get people all day with half the price . Was very disappointed ??

Greg & Zay were top notch, very friendly, and knew what they were doing top to bottom. They went out of their way to communicate clearly, they collaborated together well, and even gave helpful suggestions on the best ways to unpack and settle into our space. I have never had a dynamic duo like them, and I will certainly be using Handy Relocations directly the next time!

They weren't on time they are an hour and a half late but they were very efficient in loading and getting the whole job done in the time we paid for. Not sure why they were late they never explained. If you could figure that out it'll probably be helpful in making them even better performers.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Clear and concise communication. Not a "fast" move but a very efficient one done with care as if the items belonged to us.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be finished packing up all of your items first and foremost!!! There are occasions where we show up and can only move at the speed of the customer because they're still packing. Labeling is also a very underrated aspect of a smooth move. It helps in the unload because items can be placed where you want them and when we leave, your house is set up the way you need.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, long distance, re-organization/home projects, assembly and disassembly of items
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The fact that no two jobs are the same! I get to see every side of Michigan and interact with a diverse customer base.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We have a checklist that we go through with all of our new employees to certify them as moving experts. This includes dolly training, packing, proper shrink wrapping technique and wall protection methods for larger items coming out of rooms.
