The guys were fine, but the leader was not very friendly, and seemed irritated that things actually had to be moved. They took lots of smoke breaks, and worst of all, treated my stuff with careless indifference. There is a HUGE shoe print on my new leather couch, that has multiple scrapes post-move. I saw them literally shove the couch through the door, and not turn it properly, so I am not surprised. There is also a large piece of my wooden dining table missing from a leg which they failed to disclose, even though I tipped them all generously. After all, they said they 'didn't damage anything' but after closer inspection, they really did. One of the three guys was friendly, the other quiet, but the leader just seemed to be so angry to be there. I won't recommend or rehire, though the move got done. Again, service was okay. I feel a bit cheated. And upset about my couch, mostly.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
To be best prepared for moving day, take care of your kids at pets, their safety and well-being remains our number one priority. And of course, the same goes for any pets you might own. We highly recommend to keep yours and family members personal documents, jewelry with you. Be careful not to misplace your keys as searching for them on moving day will be like looking for a needle in a haystack. Make sure to unplug any electronics and appliances.

What training do you provide your crew members?
In order to exceed customer expectations we provide daily training on topics such as; proper lifting Technics, to prevent injuries from our team members. their safety its our priority. Proper furniture wrapping Technics to make sure customer households goods remain in the conditions found. We train our team in proper loading procedures, making sure the basics are covered when performing the job to make sure household goods do not get damaged during transportation. We also provide proper packing procedures
