Relocation with Prince Asong Moving
I have a registered and insured moving and delivery company with a well experience team with over five years of moving, delivery and furniture assembly experience. I have been assembling IKEA furniture and furniture from other furniture stores for over three years. we also haul away all our junk/unwanted furniture and other waste. excellent tv mounting experience. we response really quickly and keep our promises. we are just what you are looking for. we also have the most experience pool table MOVING team, with over five years experience assembling and moving pool tables.

Very friendly crew. Worked hard and non stop throughout entire move. They were careful with items and structure.

The crew was good: polite and careful with our property. A few problems though. 1. I received multiple reminders, emails and texts, saying that their arrival window was 9-10 AM. I was driving to meet them at 8:10, when I got a phone call saying they were already there and asking if I was going to show up. Thus we lost about an hour of the time that had been scheduled. 2. The truck was too small. I told Hired Helper that I had one full 16 foot POD and one partially filled one. They arranged for a 20 foot truck instead of a 26 foot one. This resulted in the crew needing to make a second trip to the PODs location and an hour of overtime. 3. The crew insisted in wrapping our furniture in plastic before putting it in the storage unit, although I told them
I did not expect or want this. This resulted in lost time, as well as leaving us with miles of plastic wrap which we will have to get rid of when we move in.
About the truck seize.
You booked for 20ft. We brought the 20ft. It's not our fault. We had nothing to do with PODS. That is a different company. You can't blame Prince Asong moving company for bringing a 20ft truck because the contract was emailed to us and we made sure to respect our part as described on the contract. I will recommend that next you don't know the seize of the truck you need you call us directly or request that they ask the service provider. I am sorry the people recommended a smaller truck but I really think the review should go to them and not us. Because the purpose of a review is for the company to improve and leaving their review to us will not reach them

Such a cheerful, hardworking, uncomplaining, heavy lifting crew!
We had lunch together and they shared interesting information about their family's culture and favorite foods.
I especially liked they brought materials to wrap the wooden tops of furniture, as well as use pads.
They stayed to lay the carpets, arrange furniture and assemble the bed. I will definitely use them again.
