I 100% recommend. Rodney and Ty were great. I had issues with PODS and the delivery of my items. I was so stressed and Rodney was extremely flexible and called multiple times to make sure the schedule was ok for me. They came and got right to work. They were pleasant, kind and very hard workers. Moving Minions did an excellent job unloading our POD and situating our belongings in our three-story rental. We really appreciated their project management of the POD - which was a mess and had to double park. They ensured it was unloaded as quickly as possible and then moved things within our new home. They were also super professional, kind and patient with us as we determined what floor certain things belonged on. Would 100% use them again.

They showed up late - they let me know during the arrival window. If that was all I would still give them a high mark.
Then they spent 15 minutes looking around - not an exaggeration. Totally fine to want to survey the place and get a lay of the rooms, but 1/8 of the moving time is a but much.
Then, when they started, one of the guys answered multiple phone calls (and slowed down or stopped) during what was supposed to be a two hour moving time.
Then, when we neared the end of the two hours and not everything had been unloaded, they 'conveniently' started moving light stuff instead of the heavy stuff I asked them to focus on. I had to specifically tell them (twice) to do certain things rather than them moving the light boxes while I was unloading.
I get that two hours may not have been enough (we ended up having them stay for an extra hour), but they were slow and took it easy plenty of time.
For $150/hr I expect a lot more.
I've used moving companies before (never in this geographical region though) and will use moving companies again - but not these guys.
