On time? Received a 1 hour arrival window and the moving crew arrived 8 minutes after the arrival window.
Prepared for the job? Yes, except lack of suitable face masks to follow NJ state COVID-19 safety guidelines. One member of crew had a face mask that didn’t fit and the other had one but both elected to remove them shortly after beginning the job. Be prepared to supply your own face masks if this is important to you.
Did they work hard? They worked in a composed and steady manner. They used effective technique to satisfy my needs. I had inefficiently packed two 16’ containers and needed overflow items that were stored in a separate building to be packed into the two containers. They were able to pack large furniture, boxes items and loose/irregularly sharped articles to complete the job in a little over 3 hours.
Would I use them again? Yes. I had booked them for packing and unpacking. I am keeping my appointment for unpacking and requesting the same crew members, but I will ask for the crew to arrive with sufficient PPE and to use the PPE for the full duration of the job. It was worth the cost to me, which was about $475 for three hours of labor.

Very professional! Rodney, AJ and Wayne arrives on time and completed the job on schedule. Rodney was in contact with us the day before to confirm and called day of, as promised, when he and his crew were within 30 minutes of arrival. Amazing movers! So fast, but were still careful with all of our things. We had some issues with PODS delivering our storage unit on time but they were extremely understanding and accommodating with our scheduling adjustments requests. Would absolutely hire again.
