They worked hard and completed everything in the 2 hour time frame for unloading, which I really appreciated! Nothing seemed damaged in my new place and I would absolutely use them again! They put together the couple pieces of furniture I needed pput back together as well!

I arranged our move via 1800PackRat and hired loading and unloading help through HireAHelper. The day before our scheduled delivery, HireAHelper called to tell me the original unloading team I hired was actually not operating due to COIVD-19, but they had arranged for Moving Minions to assist instead. Rodney & Asa arrived first thing they next morning, only to find that 1800PackRat had not moved our container as promised. When the container was finally rescheduled to be delivered, we had less than 24 hours to arrange unloading help. Rodney & Asa rearranged their schedule to fit us in. They were careful with our things, got everything unloaded very quickly, and we couldn’t be more pleased with their help. Highly recommend!

They couldnt get there on time but called to tell me they would be 4 hours late.Very inexperienced. Left the top half of the pod empty because they wouldn't listen about putting litte things on top of the big things. I had to unpack the entire pod when they left and got twice as much in it.
Two prior attempts at working with Hire A Helper crews were a complete waste of time and effort. They each cancelled at the last minute and left me hanging.
Would never consider using them m again.
