Fantastic, on time, very personable, the had to take my sleep number apart to bring it down stairs and they reassambled it perfectly which is no easy feat. I then proceeded to help my friends move in to our now shared placed and was thinking the whole time, why didn't they do what I did and call Q's?

I initially thought they were good guys. I even gave them 2 schooters and a PS4, but during the move, they somehow caused damage to the front door to my old apartment and instead of owning up to their mistake, they told their dispatch that I broke the door, which was not true at all. Due to this lie, I didn't tip and will never recommend their services. They also didn't take every item that I requested. I don't understand why they lied about breaking the door. They have insurance which can cover the cost. That's very unprofessional to not take responsibility for their carelessness.

The lead foreman acted unprofessionally as he angrily stormed up the stairs. While attempting to bring a mattress down, he damaged the light cover on my ceiling fan on the second-floor landing. After a brief exchange of words, irrationally he decided that he would not finish the job. He then went to the truck, where he shouted and yelled on the phone, expressing his refusal to return and using profanity, including calling me a "B$%." I felt compelled to record the incident because I no longer felt safe in my own home. I was alone with three unfamiliar men, one of whom was extremely irrational and lacked self-control. There were no consequences for the disrespect shown towards me, my home, and my property. It’s clear that this was not the first time he had acted this way toward a paying customer; otherwise, he would have restrained himself. If I could share the video, I would. What a terrible experience! Despite the other guys attempting to make up for their coworker's unprofessionalism, I will never recommend or use Q Moving Corp again.

The crew was hard-working, polite, and careful. What more can you ask for? This:
Their manager should have given them more than three little furniture dollies to work with. I told him I had scores of book boxes. I had to secure two carts from the building for this purpose and move them myself...! (Building policy.) Not the crew's fault--the manager's fault. The move would have taken 40% longer (2/5) without the 2 added carts. Maybe that's what the manager was aiming at.

Everything they used for the move was an extra . They took so long packing the furniture and put a hole in my wall when dropping the furniture of in my new house
and to top it off they showed attitude when they got a tip of 30 dollars each because they thought it should have been more. Never again go with hire a helper because the will send you whom ever

The team was on time and got to work right away. Despite having to come up three flights of stairs they steadily brought up items from the POD and had me completely unloaded in two hours. They were respectful of my items and pointed out, before unloading, several boxes and items that were slightly damaged in the POD. They helped me assemble my bed and even helped me put the rug down in the living room. The crew was friendly, helpful, and helped make a stressful day run smoothly. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
