Our movers were early for our job, which we very much appreciated. They were also prepared, and they did a great job packing our moving truck. We haven't opened our boxes yet, but they seemed to take good care of moving everything, and the walls in our walk-up brownstone were relatively un-scuffed. The only thing holding me back in my rating is that I feel like our work could have been done more quickly. (Our job did, in fact, take about an hour and a half longer than we were quoted.) Our movers worked very quickly in the beginning and at the end, but in between, there seemed to be a bit of down time. All in all, though, we had a good experience, and I'd likely use them again.

We worked with two gentlemen from Q's Movers. They were early and unfortunately we were around 45 minutes late (due to horrendous traffic). However, they waited without fuss and we had everything done within 2 hours. They were courteous, professional and respectful of our things. My one suggestion would be to ask your customers if there are any pets. We found out at the end of our two hours that one of the men was allergic to cats, we thought it was dust. Just so the movers know who to send out so pet dander doesn't make them miserable while they are moving things.

Lee and Earl were amazing! They were completely professional and they worked extremely hard and efficiently. They packed our container with great expertise and took advantage of every square inch of space available. They stayed extra hours in order to complete the job, not leaving me stranded when it became obvious that I underestimated the time required. They were totally committed to getting the job done well.
The team was great, but I have one frustration with the company. I had requested an 8am start time and the request/order was accepted. Only later did I learn that that really meant that they would arrive 8-9am. They actually arrived at 9:30, so I was already 90 minutes behind schedule. When Lee and Earl arrived, they were great, but being 90 minutes behind right from the start was stress-inducing. Seems that a start-time should be the time to start, right? Even with this frustration, I would still recommend the team--they were terrific! Thanks, guys!

I requested three helpers to unload my POD. While all three were extremely pleasant and worked hard, George was rushing to much. Both me and his co-worker William told him repeatedly to slow down so he wouldn't break things or mar my walls. While William (who was outstanding) took his time to not bang my walls with boxes he was carrying in and asked where I wanted different things places, George simply put things where ever. I would have to redirect him, even when boxes were clearly marked kitchen, etc. The rating is what it is because of George.

Will and Errol were wonderful. They were on time, did a fantastic job and worked hard to pack the POD just right. They respected the property and my items and very friendly. I highly recommend using Will and Errol on any job that you have. And I definitely recommend Q's Moving Corp. I wish they were going to be at my new home to unpack the POD.

This is the 2nd time I've used Q. Obviously, we liked them enough after the 1st time to hire them again, and I'm glad I did. They were great, Floyd and Junior were fantastic and made the entire experience stress-free (as stress-free as moving can be).
Also, Floyd packed our truck better than I'd ever seen. It was pretty incredible. There was no wasted space and nothing moved around during the entire trip down to Baltimore from Brooklyn. Possibly the best packing I've ever seen, and I've moved several times. A+
