The order was changed to accomodate their schedule and I was not made aware of this until much later. Loaders stated that they could not get the remaining items on the truck.....I wish I would have been able to be there! I feel that I was taken advantage of, did not realize that they had NOT filled the truck! They put a box spring on the back end that made it appear the truck was full. Company just said it was my fault for not checking.....had to spend another $1000.00 to complete the move that should not have had to have an extra trip.??

When I scheduled the service I let them know we had a freight trailer. The 2 young men who came worked hard, but didnt seem experienced loading a freight trailer. When I contacted Joel the next day, telling him I didnt feel our belongings were packed securely, he said he would come out to take a look that evening. I did not hear from him again that day even after multiple attempts via phone calls and social media by my husband and myself. I also informed him our trailer was being picked up the next day.

Angel and Alex did the most amazing job! Helped me out so much! I moved here from Texas and they got the job done super fast! I would for sure hire them again if I move again! They were on time, respectful of the property and my goods and they were prepared for the job!

Young guys who need some practice and maybe some supervision. I don't think they we're quite prepared for the heat, and struggled to maneuver some of the larger items.

The only thing I didn’t like was that my clothing garment bags were used to fill in space and my clothes are very expensive. The legs on my tv were also broken off but that is a easy solution to replace them. Overall the packing of my truck was good.

We will make sure to communicate with you as soon as booking is confirmed via text or call within 24 hours!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We take pride in what we do we will contact you the day before your move to make sure everything is still on track. We do one hour windows for arrival as we also take pride on being on time!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We always suggest to all of our customers to try to be as organized as possible. That way we can make sure to make moving day as easy and efficient as possible for you!
What types of moves have you handled?
We mainly provide residential moves and local. We can provide long distance and commercial moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Honestly we love meeting new people over the years it's been an exciting adventure. We take pride in what we do is why we also love making moving as stress free for our customers!!
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide 90 to 120 days of training to all of our employees before they are on there own. We stay out in the field just to make sure standards are met on a daily basis.
