Our movers were scheduled to arrive between 9:00 -10:00 AM. I started correspondence with the dispatcher at 9:15 and he assured me that the crew would be arriving soon. I continued to check with him periodically, each time he assured that even though they had been delayed they were just finishing up and were on their way. By 12:00 we were still waiting...We were in a panic because we had time constraints that we needed to meet. The dispatcher agreed to seek out another crew and they would arrive in 1 1/2 hours. I would have canceled but we were stuck and had no choice. We used the time to actually load the trailer ourselves...All three of us are 70+ years old so this was not an easy task...The whole reason we hired help in the first place.
The second crew arrived as promised and were the best crew of 2 people we could have asked for. They exceed our expectations and completed the task in just over an hour. I couldn't speak more highly of that crew. The job was complete but I can't say that the management was acceptable...Through my hounding and desperation they did follow through with a solution to the job, but at the end of the day I paid full price for the service of 3 men for 2 hours and I received the service of 2 men for an hour of unloading and we had loaded the trailer ourselves. The tone of this review could have been much different if the management in the end of this disastrous day could have adjusted the bill acknowledging their errors in the service they promised to provide. I feel that this company took advantage of me by charging me full price. I hope that those two movers got MORE than their fair share.

This was not a good experience. I had confirmed a load and unload project. Two guys showed up and said they only had instructions for an unload. Cue tons of time with them trying to get in touch with their boss, who was on an airplane. They said they did not have time to do both, so I ended up paying them cash out of my pocket to get them to finish the work. Horrible experience.

The movers did an excellent job. They notified me before they arrived so we could be ready to go. Then, moved very quickly loading the truck, all while handling my items with care. Everything went better than I expected.
