Knew their business! Quick. Efficient. Helpful. Warsaw is a bit of a drive for them and we are glad they were willing to help to unload our furniture packed, 16-foot rental truck. Wore masks because we were doing the same. Showed up, got the work done, and then headed out to their next assignment.

They did a really good job- I just wish we would have communicated better on how many pods they were doing to be unloading- I think if that were communicated better they would have brought more people to help unload.

The movers were on time and were respectful of my property and goods. They worked hard but I did have to extend my initial scheduled time. It was 103 degrees on moving day and breaks needed to be taken.

Although the movers were respectful with my things, the day started terribly. After they were about an hour late, I contacted the supervisor who said they were almost to my home. Within a few minutes he called back and said that he had some news, the guys had gotten pulled over by the police about 2 miles from my house and I had 3 options...cancel my move and change to a different day (I was moving to a different state and had many reservations I could not rearrange for the move); he could come and get them and bring them to me, but that would be an additional 1.5 hours; or I could go get them to bring them to my house. I have a 2 seater car and I had no choice if I wanted to get my move started to go get them in two trips...bringing one to my house and then going to get the other one. They began working, but for the amount of things I had to pack, the time was taking quite a bit longer than it should have. I asked if they would mind if I started helping them carry things to the truck. I did that to hurry them along...I was running behind schedule and wanted to get my move started. They asked me twice to go ahead and add another hour to my time. I finally did that just to keep them going - I wanted to leave. When we finally got the truck loaded, they helped me secure my car on the auto trailer to pull behind the uhaul. I was extremely appreciative of this because I did not know how to do it and I wanted to be able to safely drive about 5 hours while pulling it. I tipped them for this additional work since the car piece was not part of the initial moving plan. When I asked how they were going to get back to their car, they said they were hoping to catch a ride with me in the uhaul and that I could drop them off. They got into their car and left after I dropped them off. This was a very weird situation and I would not necessarily recommend this moving company to any of my friends for use.
