The movers came on time; however that's the only thing that went right.
First there were 2 movers, whom I doubt they know anything about moving; they were supposed to bring furniture pads according to the agreement but they used wrapping plastic only; they were supposed to disassemble the furniture which I did eventually because they were very inefficient
They were very slow; finally they moved only 8 pieces of furniture in 3:45 hours. I had to rent a truck to move more than 80% of the load. I am not sure if this is done so that it takes longer to move as they are paid on hourly basis

I used Aloha Movers twice, the 1st time thru Hire-A-Helper, and a 2nd time directly with Aloha. I suggest you ALWAYS use Hire-A-Helper. The 1st move went well, fast, efficient and billed exactly as described. The second time, even though it was the same move only in reverse, it took over twice as long, they were almost 2 hours late in arriving (and charged us for that time) and charged a higher rate. In short, I would use Aloha again, but ONLY thru the Hire-A-Helper service.

this move was 2 blocks 1 bed 3 chairs 2 couches one tall coffee table one ottoman and boxes 6 hours? No, not again
Aloha Movers & Storage understand the situation and that is why we gave you 1.5 hours of the move. It should of been a 3 men job because of the size of the stuff you have. Thank you for your feedback and we appreciate your business
