The problem is is that you book time with him they get paid all up front and the reason why it is because their guys won't do anything but lift and put things away mine didn't fall until the morning it was supposed to be there and then they said to wait till Sunday and suggested it and said there'd be nothing extra or not later that day some other guy calls and I have to pay another $120 and it only took an hour today to do the whole job and weather should be a refund coming of sorts I find nothing and I wouldn't call them at all again
While assisting with the unloading, the crew noticed you were using a table saw to cut the wood, which is not a standard service we assist with. However, understanding your situation, they felt it was important to help out as much as possible. The additional charge of $120 reflects the extra hour worked, which was necessary to complete the job before the battery-operated saw ran out of power, at which point you chose to dismiss the crew.
Throughout the process, our team maintained consistent communication with our office regarding the evolving circumstances the crew you had is top notch, and a direct reflection of our many previous 5 star reviews.

We recently moved cross country and had two 16’ containers filled with our personal belongings.
Each of them were gracious, professional, and an extremely kind crew of men.
With every arm full that rolled out of the two huge storage containers, they enquired where every box, piece of furniture, and miscellaneous items needed to go (in which room of the house).
We couldn’t have done this large job on our own and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of help moving anything that is needed!!!!

The owners of Smart Move, LLC, take pride in their company. They were on time and prepared with the necessary equipment needed to move my things safely. They worked hard to complete the move in the time requested. They treated my things as if they were theirs. They made sure things were wrapped, then placed in the truck to prevent shifting while the truck was in motion.
