The workers were extremely polite and respectful and worked very hard meet our needs. They treated our belongings with care. However, more attention needs to be paid to keeping customers informed, especially when they're going to be late. They also need to revive a contact number on their website and contact the customer personally to provide contact information. The numbers we found for them nor not valid and we had no way to contact them to confirm are appointments or when they were late arriving.

There was some initial miscommunication that delayed the start of the work but once it was resolved and they arrived on site they did an exceptional job. They were able to get my moving container loaded with my heavy items quickly and efficiently, including one really challenging piece. If I had need of movers in the area again, I would not hesitate to use them.
