Very fast, courteous. Got the job done under the time expected.

They didn’t come prepared, no dolly. Took forever to load pod. Frequently took breaks. Had to keep reminding them to finish a room, not forget to load specific items. Unsure how the pod is loaded, but a lot didn’t get loaded and had to leave. The only time they were extremely attentive, not on their cell phones, or sitting in the pod not working was when it came time to release the payment. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t ever hire them again nor would I recommend them.

The gentlemen came as a backup when the first mover didn’t show up. They kept me in the loop of their travel time. They had all the necessary equipment to help, even though I didn’t ask for it. Extremely courteous group and really respected my belongings. They were able to get what would have taken me two loads into one load. My walls and carpet never noticed they were here. I was very impressed with them and would use them anytime I needed help moving. I would also recommend them anyone needing help.

The 4 men who unloaded the 2 storage bins from 1800PACKRATS did a great job. One fact really stood out. Of all the moves we have made in 41 years of marriage, this was the first and only crew to clean up after themselves. They needed no suggestions or nudges from us, they treated our new home like it was their own. They asked where items were to be placed, what needed assembly and what else could they do to assist us. They were hard workers, did not stop for lunch and were true gentlemen.
