I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service. Two crews showed up, then one crew left after five minutes without notifying customer anything. So i had to load and unload the packages myself. The owner of the company did nothing to resolve the issue. Very unreliable and unprofessional. Please do not treat your customer that way.

They were prompt, efficient, pleasant and helpful. They were very protective over anything that was fragile, ensuring it was blanketed, roped and packed tightly. We are absolutely planning on using them in a few weeks when we finish this move!

Were they on time? Yes.
Were they prepared for the job? Yes.
Did they work hard? At points, but not consistently...perhaps fatigue set in. However, my girlfriend and I moved the same load in less time it took these two professionals to do so.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? No. Later, once I began unpacking and putting my household together, I found many items had been broken and/or scratched, apparently dropped or manhandled without any mention from the movers. I also found two gouges in the walls of my brand new residence.
Would you use them again? No.

Tim and Matt did a truly wonderful job. They were quick, prepared for the job, went right to work, and worked the whole time. They planned what they were going to do, how to do it, covered everything and tied everything so well that not one box moved on the 100 mile drive. They kept us informed of what they were doing, how much space was left as we continued packing boxes to fill the truck. They were very personable, worked well together, and we have already mentioned your company and them to several of our friends who might need help moving family or friends.
