Both guys were wonderful! I so wish they had been at the other end of my move. They took a lot of care with my antiques, and alerted me when there were potential problems when unpacking the POD. Look forward to working with them again on my second POD next week.

I had high hopes for Elite Movers. Travis was responsive to my texts and answered all of my questions. Unfortunately the actual packing job was terrible. The two men that came to move me were late and barely used any of the moving blankets I provided. I expressed my concerns and they responded by dismissing me and just telling me that they knew what they were doing. They packed the POD carelessly and as a result I had a lot of damage when I unpacked at my new home. I reported the damage and was only awarded $60 for broken chairs, damaged heirloom tables and a mirror. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Hire A Helper is awful too. This was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Danny and Steve did an amazing job for me . They communicated very well , were gentle with the things they moved and were super helpful ! They finished what I had allotted a little early and offered to help with other things I anticipated loading into the pod myself . They were both very kind gentlemen and professional all the way ! I highly recommend them and will use them for my next move .
