Step by Step Logistics provided exceptional support during our move. Alex called me before my move to confirm my appointment and let me know, if needed he could arrive early. His team took time with me and evaluated what we had to move and provided excellent advice on how to place everything in our POD in order for every single thing to fit, something I thought was impossible, but his team did it! Step by Step was amazing, courteous, and extremely hardworking. It was a LONG walk from the POD to the elevator to our apartment, but they didn’t complain once. I would absolutely recommend them!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
