DeAndre and Nate were amazing. I was looking for assistance in moving construction materials from the front of my house to the back and I'm so glad I picked step by step Logistics. I was contacted when they were on their way and given an estimated ETA and they arrived within the time window. Both of them were uniformed. They were both courteous, quick and strong. They more than exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate contacting them for my next job. Logistics is in their their name and they know what they're doing and do it very well.

One of the helpers was very professional. The other one kept complaining and we felt he planned to go over the original 2-hour service to get addition $150 for an extra hour. The additional 30 minutes was spent moving the boxes that were put in the wrong floor to be corrected. The complaining guy refused to prorate even-though the job completed 30 minutes into the 1 hour. We ended up paying $512 for unloading a 16 by 8 pod. I would hire the professional guy directly if I could.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
