Booking was easy. They gave me a 1-hour window for the help to arrive, and they came a little over that window. The service was good; I enjoyed working with Alex and his son Chris. They were pleasant and got done all that I asked for. I didn't give 5 stars because they didn't arrive within the window, which I don't like to begin with. If you're on a tight timeline, this service might not be the best for you. If you aren't on a tight timeline, this service was good and affordable. Cheers.

Alex and his crew at Step By Step were great. On time, courteous, communicated prior to arrival, worked hard on site, stayed within budget, and ensured everything we wanted was complete. Not to mention Alex packed the POD unlike anything I've ever seen. Really impressive. Highly recommend!

Alex and his crew were fantastic! They arrived early and were communicative on their way. They got to work immediately and were fast but conscientious. They took good care of our stuff while moving and then packing it into the pod. Alex kept us laughing and made the experience enjoyable. Even though I only hired two movers, Derrick came 30 minutes early to help me finish packing, and then Alex and Devon arrived exactly on time to move my belongings. I thought the move would take two hours, but they finished it in just under one hour. Highly recommend!

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
