I couldn't be happier. It started with Vanessa who booked for us. She was very helpful and courteous all along the way. On moving day, our helpers were Alex and Willie. They called ahead to tell us when they were arriving and were on time. They did a fantastic job, they were courteous, professional, took good care of our stuff, and EXPERTLY packed the van. I was worried we wouldn't have enough space, but they got it all in, with nothing to spare. I would definitely use them again, and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs helpers on moving day.

Step by Step Logistics was fantastic! They were on time and prepared. We were behind schedule packing and wrapping everything, so they took the time to professionally wrap and place everything in the truck in the most efficient manner. They were extremely polite, helpful, and capable of getting everything out of our old house and into our new house. Even though we don’t plan on moving again any time soon, we’ll definitely call them when we need heavy items moved in the future.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
