I would be happy to recommend Step by Step Logistics for your move. Alex and his team were very efficient and careful with moving my boxes and furniture.

The men showed up on time, but they negligently packed up several of my items, including several bookshelves and tv stands, which arrived damaged. Worst of all, my wife and I insisted that they not stack anything on top of our treadmill. They did so anyway and assured us that it would arrive safely. When we arrived our $4,000 treadmill was completely damaged. They are refusing to cover the damages because they say that they don’t provide insurance for moving pods/containers of any sort. Basically, $5k if my property was damaged and they’re trying to make it go away by offering a measly $150. What a joke!! Never again!!!
What’s really frustrating is that this isn’t even the crew we originally hired. The crew we selected cancelled at the last minute and hire a helper recommended them instead!!! What a circus!!! Stay clear from step by step logistics and hire a helper!

They were a little late, but they notified me when they would get here. Alex walked through with me and looked at everything we needed to load. We had the u-haul boxes, so he kept me updated every step of the process. He wasn’t able to fit everything, but that was my fault for not having enough boxes. I will definitely use his team when we have the boxes delivered to our new house next month. They were a very pleasant and friendly team of guys.

The guys were wonderful! They called to let us know when they would arrive. They came prepared and worked very hard unpacking our POD in the high heat. They were very respectful and asked where we wanted things placed. They got it done very quickly. I would definitely use them again!

Our appointment was scheduled for 4pm to 5pm….. they arrived at 10pm. This was not the fault of two gentlemen that helped us move. It was due to their scheduler.
Alex and the other gentleman that helped us move were fantastic. They were very apologetic for their tardiness, were very professional and efficient.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are a very experience crew, we have moved local offices and even 5-6 bedroom homes for some of our clients in the past. We moved very heavy safes, and grand pianos up and down stairs as well.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My Favorite part is making the moving process simple for my customer, because most of them are stressed about about the process initially.
What training do you provide your crew members?
How to be to organized the day before & day of the job. We do hands on workshops every Monday on Communication skills, New Techniques for moving & Safe Handling practices.
