We had Jones and Eric that helped us move. They were on time and very prepared for the job. They worked very hard and were very professional. We were concerned that all of our furniture would not fit in the truck we had rented. They made sure that they used every bit of space available. They packed things so well that nothing moved or broke on the 1100 mile drive to our destination. They packed every thing professionally and ensured that items were strapped in to avoid moving. I wish that all movers could be this professional. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Very friendly, seemed fast, and seemed to know what they were doing. However, by the time they reached the end of our truck, they said they couldn't fit anymore. I asked why there were 2-4ft of clearance throughout the truck and they said our stuff was not stackable. We had a lot of stuff left over. I ended up calling up some of my fellow Marines. We unpacked the entire truck, where we found damaged furniture, crushed lampshades, and fragile boxes on the bottom of stacks. My wife and I are afraid to find out what damages are in the boxes... We, then, were able to correctly stack the boxes, totes, furniture, and the rest of the household goods that they said they couldn't fit. Very disappointing and would not recommend to anyone...if I could give 0 stars and attach pictures I would...

Utopia Movers will always remain Professional. I was told by a fellow military friend that Utopia movers was just scammed by a routine practiced often with personnel unfortunately. You tipped 3 workers when you only paid for 2 thanked us then called the company before we were off base to file a damage claim when you never left your residence to travel to Ohio. Such a shame there are a select few clients who gain the system.
How can Utopia earn such high ratings all around your delusional review
