Utopia Movers did an absolute wonderful job on helping me to unload a POD. John and his crew were careful with my furniture, the floor and the walls. They wouldn't let me help except to tell them where to place the boxes or sofa. They worked very hard getting all my stuff unloaded in such a short time. Thanks for making my move into my place a little easier and less stressful. I would use Utopia Movers in the future.

These guys were GREAT!! On-time, didn't waste any time, even figured out a way to protect the glass in the front of the hutch they were moving. Brought a roll of plastic "shrinkwrap" to wrap up the pads around the furniture to protect the wood even better. I was thoroughly impressed and will DEFINITELY hire them again when I need more help moving furniture.

The movers were disrespectful of the apartment and of the property. They left a gash in our wall from moving furniture and didn't tell us about it. They threw their trash all over the parking lot, so we had to clean it up.

They arrived on time as we had agreed, worked hard and fast, and took the utmost care to ensure that none of my belongings were damaged in transit from my pod to apartment. Great job. I was expecting two male adults, and although one of them was a little younger, they got the job done and handled all heavy furniture and items. They worked with me as I had to change my request for their services from a Friday afternoon to a Saturday afternoon with only 2 days notice. Very polite and hard-working on a pretty warm summer day. No damage to any walls, floors, furniture, etc.

They showed up a full hour after the end of the arrival window I requested, and claimed there was a miscommunication and they only served my area at the later time. In reality there was almost no communication beforehand; they confirmed the appointment with a 1 sentence email saying they would call soon. They never did, so I called and left a voicemail that was never returned. Finally, I emailed to ask a question and got another 1 sentence response. However, once the workers arrived they worked hard while treating our fragile items carefully. Just a minimal amount of communication ahead of time would have resulted in 5 stars.

Mr. Jones and his assistant, Brendan, were great. They arrived on time and worked amazingly hard for the full two hours - in heat and humidity. And they were extremely nice too. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
