Highly recommended movers! Eric and Ricardo showed up on time, loaded and unloaded a 25' Uhaul in 5 hours. Both young gentlemen were professional, polite and extremely hard workers. I anticipated 6-7 hours for the job, and they completed it in 5 hours. Utopia refunded me the unused 2 hours. Excellent moving company!

Communication with the company was pretty good--this was a last minute booking.

They were unprepared to find/pay parking downtown, even though I made it clear in the booking that they would need to find parking. This caused them to start late and waste time.

They worked much slower than other movers I have had from here, and it was pretty obvious one or more of them had smoked marijuana right before the job, resulting in an overall slowness of getting the job done. They did finish the job without any damage. But I cannot enthusiastically recommend.

From time to time Utopia Movers encounters situations like this but will continue to remain Professional. Nothing you have stated is accurate except for the communication which was constant considering traffic and destination. You received a 3 man crew but only paid for 2 men the crew loaded and unloaded you within 2.5 hours the building in DC contained a strong stench of cannabis not the crew who helped you but Utopia will continue to go out and perform without hesitation. This review is definitely looking for a problem when one doesn’t exist.

We cannot recommend this company enough! Hunter and Eric were AMAZING, extremely helpful, friendly, and patient! We booked them the day before our move out and received a response confirming our move almost immediately. We could not have asked for a better experience!

These guys were the BEST! They asked what I needed to get unpacked and they just got it DONE. They were friendly, went out of their way to be CAREFUL, and were just good guys all around. Would recommend HIGHLY!

They were on time even after getting the request that day. They followed instruction. The movers who packed the truck in NY did a terrible job and Utopia Movers who unpacked in VA did a great job unloading their mess. Utopia was a great help and professional.

These guys were awesome. Very courteous, quick, and careful. What took my wife and I 4 days to load took them just an hour. Could not recommend enough.
