They were amazingly fast at loading my trailer, got my entire house loaded up in just over 3 hours. Unfortunately that speed comes with damaged belongings at this end of the move. My entertainment center is destroyed because they loaded a bunch of heavy items on top of it and crushed the whole top. Also my curio cabinet has broken mirror in part of it, not sure when that happened, it was wrapped so I'm thinking it must have happened when they were loading it. I'm sure hoping hire a helper makes this right.

THE BEST! Mr. Witherspoon has now moved us 5 times over the many years he has been in business. He is the only one we book! Super professional; always on time; gets the job done perfectly!

Basically you could say they did a good job, because they were on time, worked very hard, and loaded the Pod in record time. (16' long Pod - 2 hrs.) But the result of that "Fast" work.... was collateral damage. I now have boxes that were labeled "Car" in the Pod and there is important documents I need trapped there until the Pod arrives. It was a crazy frenetic experience. If they had slowed down just a bit, and paid attention to what my husband was asking them to do, I think we would have had far less chaos. We also have a vintage chair that the upholstery damaged on the truck we rented to drive with us, because they stuffed a tub of cleaning supplies at a skewed angle and something leaked onto the chair. And I will have to wait and see if other Furniture sustained damage when we unload the Pod. I think I'll have to consider other options for assistance the next time we move.
As far as the leak is concerned, no open liquid containers should be packed. all need to be sealed..items do tend to shift at times..sealed bottles would have avoided a leak. if not sealed toss it out!!! Stupidity on your part!! i do not know what is in boxes!!

These guys were great! On time. Really fast and efficient and, I am confident I will make it to Colorado with my stuff in one piece. I would absolutely use them again and I would highly recommend them.

They did great. I rented a trailer by the foot and they packed it so well that I saved 3 feet off my estimate. They were quick and efficient. Everything was packed in the 2 hour time slot on a really hot day.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Richard and his son were so great! They were prompt, friendly, professional, efficient, careful, really nice guys. I would definitely use them again and I have already recommended them to friends. They made moving so much better than any other moving experience I have ever had - I've moved a lot over the years.
