Great guys, efficient moving from 3rd floor to POD. Improvised with materials I prepared effectively. Even brought an extra free helper at no cost! Definitely recommend for others moving in MA area.

Very nice gentlemen, but they were not professionals. The one couldn't have been out of high school. They did an okay job moving things up and down stairs, however, they did not take car of moving certain items. I had just bought a new rocker chair with wood arms and they scratched the sides completely. I will say I have a very narrow stairwell, but they even took the protective covering off before they took it up the stairs. I had to go and buy furniture pens to camouflage the scratches.

The guys arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They loaded and unloaded the truck super-fast and were great about placing boxes in the correct rooms of my new apartment. They made the whole process easy and seamless and I would absolutely recommend them to everyone!

In terms of moving, they were fast, efficient, and careful, but where they really stood out to me was in customer service. I was having trouble with the delivery of my storage unit, which could have affected the timing of my move, and when I explained the situation to them, they were understanding, flexible, and helpful. They checked in with me several times about the status of my storage unit and were willing to work with me to possibly reschedule. It was very relieving to be working with such a caring, helpful group during a very stressful time. I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

I appreciated being notified the day before and the morning of their estimated time of arrival to unload our pod. The team was very efficient and careful in unloading the pod and followed our instructions in placing the items in different parts of the house. I would recommend the Good Guy movers.
