What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with Kinetic Movers you can expect us to call you right away. We will confirm the move and get certain details to better service you in making sure you have a good experience.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Kinetic Movers will call the customer the day before the move just to check in. Our Movers will call about a half hour to an hour before arriving and let the customer know they are on the way. We will arrive on time and ready to work equipped with the proper tools to move. Once the customer gives us the walkthrough they can sit back, relax and let Kinetic Movers handle the rest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All hooked up appliances should be disconnected before the crew arrives.
What types of moves have you handled?
Kinetic Movers have handled local, long distance, office, commercial, and shipping containers that are being shipped overseas. We have also handled specialty items such as gun safes, upright pianos, baby grand piano, and hot tubs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I would say my favorite part about being a mover is that not every job is the same. I enjoy coming to each job with new expectations. I also take pride in the fact of how stress free my customers experiences are with our company and crew members. I enjoy the physical fitness you need for the job. I enjoy my customers and my crew members.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide our new members to our crew with hands on training. No new crew member will be left unattended, they will always be paired up with a more experienced crew member. First day is shadowing the other movers, seconded move they will start helping the other crew members.
