If I could rate them as a negative I would. The two guys that packed my truck just threw boxes on top of the furniture that was placed in the truck. I know this because a lot was broken when we unpacked it. We hired a crew in indiana (Wayfield movers) and they were very professional. They took care of our stuff like if was theirs and the lead of the group told us that he didnt ever say anything about the other movers out of professional courtesy but he couldn't help but say something about how bad of a job your company did. He said that the reason a lot of our stuff was broken was because of how it was handled by your company. The movers packed my things like they were 17 yr old children. I wish i would have gotten the insurance but thats where i messed up by putting my trust in your company instead of being safe.

They were pleasant friendly and knowledgeable about the moving process. They assessed what I needed moved before they got started and they kept good track of the amount of time I had paid for so I didn't get charged for more. Towards the end of the three hour move I believe they were exhausted especially since my move was the second one they had that day and one of the movers started to complain about how heavy the boxes were. Isn't heavy boxes one of the reasons people hire movers?
