The movers were on time. Very efficient in the moving process and did a good job in optimizing space in the trailer. Only one downside was that they were a little clumsy on the handling part. The TV unit had a broken cabinet door and a few boxes were damaged during unloading. Other than that, we had a good experience!

Had an appointment for 8-9am arrival and it was pushed back to 9-10 and then an auto issue led to further delay. Got here around 10:20. Not a big deal. But I had hoped for a 8am-noon window, instead got a 10:20-3:20 window with an hour lunch.
Worked hard to bring our heavy stuff up to the 2nd and 3rd level of our townhome. No damage to anything, just minor scuffs on the flat paint that property managers allow for some reason.
Sam and RahRah were friendly and had good spirits despite townhomes being challenging to move items through.
Would recommend! Hate to knock for an auto issue because they can happen, but it did set us back a few hours on the weekend we have to get the place fully functioning!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customer will receive an email verifying the date and time of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call when we are on our way. When we arrive, we initially do a walk-through before getting started.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
In order to best prepare for your move, have all items boxed up and ready to go. If you need beds or furniture disassembled, we do not mind doing it but the move will take less time if everything is already taken apart upon our arrival.
What types of moves have you handled?
We specialize in local labor help. We will load and/or unload any type of truck, container, storage unit, POD, trailers, etc.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people on a daily basis and we take pride in the work that we do!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All members have to take a standard moving training course as well as on-the-job training.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
