The team was on time and ready to begin the job. They listened to and followed directions. They worked really hard and completed the job in good time. I would call them again to help with another job. I highly recommend this company.

Charlie and his crew were awesome. On time and finished unloading into my storage unit in less than 2 hours. All of the guys were friendly, efficient, strong, and careful with my belongings. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a great job done.

They were very professional and very aware of taking care of my furniture. They were on time and very personable they got done in a prompt time and were off to their next appointment but before leaving making sure everything was satisfactory to me. Yes yes I would definitely suggest that if people need help moving, they should call!

They were not on time and one person who showed up for the first 45 minutes was only able to do so much. We had to help to keep our schedule close to on time. When additional help showed up they were only needed for 30 minutes or so. Not sure what I paid for when the service started late and we had to assist.

Great team! They arrived slightly before the arrival window and went to work right away.

The moving team was:
- Respectful
- Did not take a break during 2 hours of work
- Careful not to damage property
- Assembled furniture and even helped solve a leveling issue with a large piece of furniture.

We would use this same team again.

The helpers were on time and started to work right away. They were very efficient with the movement of articles and then placing them in the POD. They worked hard to get everything moved and placed. We were pleased with way they used the space to get everything in. These guys were great. I’d use them again and will look for Smart Move when we unpack.

These were real professionals willing to help with everything, including packing. I would recommend them to anyone who needs assistance with packing and loading!

The two guys did such a good job. Quick, easy, and helpful. Got it done so fast it was crazy and yeah like just life saver affordable too. Other places seem to charge double the price!

This team was great! Provided updates on arrival time and knocked out the entire unloading process in half the time we expected. Lavon was great to work via phone call and text and Cam and Jose were extremely respectful and careful with our belongings. Highly recommend!
