These guys are professional, take great care of your things and keep moving. Additional hours are a great deal if you need them. I would use them anytime.

The 2 men who came to pack my pod didn't speak much English only Spanish. I tried to communicate the best I could with them using some of the Spanish I knew from 50+ years ago.
1) They were ontime.
2) I don't think they were prepared as I had to share my screwdriver with them. They barely had the right wrench but found one that worked.
3) They worked at their own pace.
4) They WERE NOT considerate or respectful of my property that was being packed into my pod. I had shown them the 200 feet of rope that I purchased for them to use, 2 rachet straps and 2 packing blankets. A 10 year old would have been more respectful and careful. I have sent pictures of the packing job to Hire A Helper to show how some items are just thrown on top of other items and not tied down. I specifically asked for them to pack my queen size bed, 2 nightstands and my desk last. WELL, I can't see them in the pod. I know they are in there somewhere. There were 2 items that weren't packed that I asked to be packed and tied in place (bookcase and SunCast BBQ stand). With that said, there was a lid to a container that they packed but not the container because the container was empty. WHY pack just a lid?
5) I have called them (VIP Movers) and asked to have my pod repacked. They said that it would cost me more money. I asked them if your car was in the auto shop to be repaired and it wasn't, wouldn't you take it back to be repaired properly at NO additional cost. I received no answer to my question.
I WILL NEVER USE VIP MOVERS AGAIN AND CAUTION OTHERS ABOUT THEIR HORRIBLE SERVICE!
6) I had also contracted with Hire A Helper for 2 men, 3 hours. VIP charged me the same amount of money but their contract said 2 men, 2 hours. The men were here for 1.5 hours only. I expect a refund for ONE HOUR which sadly, I may never get back.

Rafael Soto and help were very professional paid attention to detail and packed up everything we needed moved professionally and I am confident that any shifting or movement within the unit will be minimal if at all they made sure everything was secured I appreciate all they did with this move and would highly recommend your service to anyone who needs competent movers to handle their household items Thank you again I will gladly refer your company to anyone needing professional services that your company offers Price was right no complaints Thank you again DF

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. Too many reasons to list. They were enthusiastic but not trained well. I am hiring another company to unpack the pod and repacking.
