DeShawn and Azeri were great. They were professional, friendly and super efficient with both the use of space and time. They were able to fit all our stuff into the container within the estimated time. And trust me my husband has lots of tools, odds and ends that were a challenge. I'm super grateful for the help and ease. I would highly recommend Chaps and this team.

Chris with helper arrived on time ready to go. They were very professional and took great care to not damage anything or mar the walls. I just had a few things going up & downstairs after the movers left. They had a hard time finding my newly built home like all the services, but once they got here they were so polite & made me feel comfortable working with them. They were careful & very helpful like they were moving their own stuff. They even bit together a new laundry cart for me. Nathan & his associate were great!

I’m waiting for a credit to my charge. My payment was for four helpers and I only had three. They worked for only two hours not three. The work was good and efficient. That said, I am due a credit. They were not able to make the original date and time as scheduled. We had to reschedule for another day which disrupted our plans for the week.
