The workers did a fine job. The reason I probably will not go through Hire a Helper again is because of the cost. I had everything ready to go for them and we worked very efficiently moving only 3 pieces of furniture. There ended up being only one set of stairs (and it was short, maybe 8 steps) at the loading point and no stairs at the unloading point because we got lucky and everything fit in the elevator . So we finished in about 1.25 hours. Paying $500 for 1.25 hours is a little insane. I realize that was for a 2-hour minimum, and prorating the $500 for 1.25 hours would be about $315 and that is more reasonable. But, I was in a pinch as far as schedule and finding someone to help, so I did it, but I won't do it again.

My movers arrived exactly on time, they were very efficient and fast with loading the truck. They were able to get all my items loaded and unloaded in a great time frame with care. This was the first time I've hired movers, and this company exceeded my expectations. They accommodated everything I needed with professionalism. I will definitely be hiring again for my next move. Highly recommend!!
