I needed help in San Francisco unloading a trailer full of bicycles. I was hesitant about working with a moving team I had not known before, but I was so happy that I contracted with Moving Zoom. From the first phone call with Pat, to the moment the team arrived, I was still uncertain, but once the guys arrives, everything from that point became smooth and professional. Jordan, Caden, Joe and Brett were amazing! They showed up on time, with smiles on their faces and immediately began to show why they are the highest rated movers. I can not say enough about the service from Pat who coordinates the guys to the guys themselves. There is no reason to call anyone other than Moving Zoom for future needs in the Bay Area. Their "tetris" method of packing the truck was very good. We had alot of things to pack into a tight space. They had to maneuver down a narrow flight of steps... I know there were some complexities - but they handled everything well.
My only suggestion would be for hire-a-helper or the company to warn us that if we want them to come armed with things like rope and tape, that we have to purchase that ahead of time. I'd honestly rather they just show up with it and charge us for what we use. :) Just an idea!

They were on time and very efficient. Got all my things into a 16' container. I had a back up container ordered as I was not optimistic but they knew how to do it and it was a huge relief!

Cameron was efficient and knew how to pack smart and tight. He was friendly and professional. He did a 15 foot truck of mostly boxes and some small pieces of furniture by himself in 2 hours. He is tall strong, and handsome. :)
