The actual movers did a great job. I would work with them again. Now the back end - I paid when the job was done via credit card. I was then sent an invoice via email with a different amount, I sent an email seeking clarification, but have not received an explanation yet. Please help.

They did a wonderful job loading everything quickly into our shipping container. They knew what they were doing and how to wrap everything and place everything in the pod to ensure everything stayed in place and didn’t maintain damage during transport.

I had 5 Star help me move my three bedroom two bath home in Mountain View last week. It was a little bit chaotic for me so having them there was really helpful. They worked really hard and were able to stack my furniture so it fit in the space that we were designated in the truck. Totally worth the money spent

The movers arrived on time and were very fast while taking great care of the furniture. They had all equipment needed and were even able to sell me rachet straps to secure the furniture in the storage container. I could not have been happier with the service provided.

Really great experience with 5 Star Moving. They were professional during the consultation and planning phase. And on moving day Arturo and his team were amazing. These guys were great! They were polite, fast and very willing to accommodate us. I truly felt so bad for them because we moved to a second floor apartment and they worked their hardest and never complained one time.
