These guys were literally lifesavers! They moved my daughters apartment down 5 flights of steps - the elevator was broken, and then all of it up 2 flights at the new place. They loaded the truck with care and secured everything perfectly. They were cheerful, professional, and super fast. I whole heartedly recommend them!

The 2 person team called proactively to say they will be delayed due to the previous client taking longer. I felt like I could have said, no, you have to come on time, but since I wasn't in a rush, I said okay. They showed up at the revised time and were able to assess my loading situation. We went over the plans, and they went to work and were careful not to damage any walls and floors. I had booked 2 hours and we finished everything right on time. I really appreciated them offering opinions/options when there were multiple non-obvious ways to load something so informed decisions were made along the way. They were really dedicated as after finishing my loading, they went back out to the previous customer to try to finish it up by the end of the day.

Bob and John from MovingZoom arrived right on time, and they got our storage unit loaded up in record time! They were incredibly efficient and made sure that all of our boxes were stacked properly for shipment, and they wrapped all our furniture carefully in order to better prevent damage in shipment. They also helped provide suggestions for how to load the remainder of our lighter objects. We couldn’t have done our move without them, and we would strongly recommend MovingZoom for anyone in the area!
