I booked for 2 hours for loading. They double-booked someone else only 1 hour after our scheduled start time and showed up 5 minutes early. They did not tell us this at first and rushed through loading. They kept rushing me to finalize the payment on HireAHelper even when we told them we had more to load. They left after 1 hour and 15 minutes, but our loading wasn’t done and we had to finish it ourselves.
The work they did was good, I just wish they’d been here for the full time we paid for.
We apologize for any confusion regarding the scheduling. To clarify, your appointment was indeed from 1 PM to 3 PM, and we did not have any overlapping bookings that required us to rush. Your crew’s next order was not scheduled to start until 4 PM, and that client had called us earlier in the day to request that we arrive later in the evening to give her more time to pack. Additionally, it was a slow day for us, and we had several other crews available to work if there were any scheduling conflicts. Bob and John, with their extensive experience, are known for their efficiency and attention to detail. They work quickly, but they certainly were not rushing to get to another double-booked order. According to our GPS tracking records, they were on-site for 1 hour and 26 minutes, ensuring that both of your U-Haul boxes were filled completely.
We understand how important it is for the loading to be completed as expected. It seems there might have been a miscommunication regarding additional tasks you needed help with after your containers were fully filled. We always strive for open communication to ensure all your needs are met.
If our movers ever arrive a few minutes early, please feel free to let them know if you are not ready to start, and they will patiently wait until the scheduled start time.
