We selected an arrival time between 10-11 but asked for them to arrive closer to 10:00. They arrived at 11:00. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. They were respectful with the property. I asked them to be particularly careful not to scratch new hardwood floors that were just put in and I don't believe any damage was done. They did as instructed and what was expected.

Casper Movers were exceptional. They showed up exactly when expected and were prepared because when the called and confirmed the day before we spoke about what I would need. They even made recommendations that helped with the move. They were very respectful with my goods and they did not even mark the walls going down the stairs (this is exceptional since the stairway is narrow and we have large pieces of furniture). I would highly recommend Casper Movers and would use them again in a heart beat. In all the times that I moved I have never had better service.
