They showed up on time and did well for the most part. There were quite a few things left in rooms where we had to go back and move it ourselves. We just wish there was a little more communication and initiative to look around and collect things we may have missed that weren't just in the middle of the room.

Great guys, were very careful, very strong, and experts. Communication was great. The price ended up being more than I thought -- Hire a Helper is a bit misleading with upfront costs, but Casper was great at communicating final price, and ultimately, were still cheaper than other quotes. Would use again and recommend, but thank God I'm never moving again!

The movers were just a few minutes late, however, they made up for it by being prepared to assemble my table, placing items in the basement very neatly!!!! They worked hard, cleared the areas I needed and I would definitely hire this company again!!

The owner of Casper Movers called a day before to let me know when in the window of times they'd arrive. And they arrived within 10 minutes of that time. They called before arriving to let me know they were on the way and arrived on the dot.
They did the job faster than I expected and there was no damage moving large items up a tricky flight of stairs from the basement and out through the house.
The actual movers were friendly and worked together well. They planned among themselves how to move the items safely. For example, they brought industrial plastic bags for some old paint cans, and they had plastic wrap to wrap around a chest of drawers to prevent the drawers from sliding out.
Great job. I'd use them again.
