We are really glad we chose Casper Movers for our move within DC. Steve, Kurt, and Troy showed up on time, got to work right away, and were extremely efficient. They are Tetris wizards and were able to fit everything into the truck perfectly; they were also super professional. The company owner, Thomas Casper, stopped by at the beginning to check in, then he called again towards the end of the job to make sure everything had gone well. All of our items arrived safely and we will be recommending Casper to all of our friends and family for their future needs.

Thomas and his crew were very efficient in moving our house into the portable storage unit! Thomas is a master at tetris and was able to fit everything so well that we canceled the truck we were going to rent for extra space! Only slight issue was that Thomas' other crew had the tools on another job. Luckily we had enough that were not packed and were able to make due. Looking forward to having them unpack in our new house!

Overall, very pleased with their service. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars, and not 5, is because management did not inform us that they would be sending 3 movers (instead of the 2 we were booked for). The movers themselves were very thorough, careful, and kind, so we really appreciated that. However, it would've been really nice to know that Casper would be sending 3 instead of 2 movers beforehand, so we could've budgeted appropriately. Instead, we were tacked on with a surprise $350 extra that we hadn't accounted for originally. The company did make sure to give us an hour discount due to their miscommunication, so that was appreciated.
