Yes, They were prepared and brought extra blankets for us to purchase.
They worked well, packed well and I think pretty carefully.
I believe they were careful and meant well, but One mover was complaining, and basically I couldn’t Give any opinion, because he said I had to let him do his job. ???????Even though I paid. So I just left, my husband stayed with them, it was enough of a stressful day to deal with more stress. They packed well, but I just felt uneasy with his complaining/attitude. I tried to explain later that moving is very stressful in certain occasions ???????.
Overall it was not totally terrible but we are Not sure if We would use again, We paid the most expensive company due to good reviews, and we were not 100 % satisfied. I though it was expensive.
Oh and They forgot to load a mattress which was left in one room.

Alex was right on time and packed my belongings quickly and professionally. He took great care to protect the corners of wooden furniture and to keep my upholstered furniture and mattresses clean. I would highly recommend this service.
