When you know for sure that you do not have the skill set to do a job, you hire a professional. The two guys that came to pack our Pod were truly professional! We were totally amazed that they actually managed to get all of our items in that Pod. We had a plan B just in case. Thank you that we did not have to use that plan. Of course, we still do not know if the Pod arrives at its destination with no damages but, I would be surprised if there would be even a minor scratch. These guys are very good and would highly recommend them.

Alex and team did a great job... His math and cube storage engineering skills are remarkable! Team was great and provided insight on the overall storage effort, safety and anticipated time to complete the job.... Very hard working crew.

They did a good job loading the first pod but on the second one they didn’t adequately protect our headboard in that they had metal shelves against the wood frame and damaged the finish in multiple places and put a big dent on the top of our new washer.

Alex, Manny, and Wesley were great -- arrived right on time, professional and courteous throughout, handled our belongings with care, were very careful to avoid dinging any doors or walls. Couldn't ask for better. Of note - Alex & Wesley were 2 of the 3 crew that loaded us up 4 months ago - great job then as well - everything wrapped up tight & well protected. And Alex is a Jenga master when it comes to packing up a Pod. If we ever have to do it again (nooooo....), I'd ask for these guys.

The teams from Sebastian Moving were very personable and helpful. They had to empty two (2) PODS and bring the items to the second floor and they hustled to ensure they completed the work on time. I would use them again for any future moves.

The movers arrived on time and were prepared for the job. They knew what they were doing and took very good care of the property being loaded in the PODS and the house. They were friendly and knowledgeable and I will be using them again for our next PODS.
