Amazing from the start to finish. Received a very polite and professional phone call to let me know they were on their way. The time management was excellent and I’m pleased with the amount of items they put in the storage POD. I’m grateful for a smooth process.
The 2 young men that helped us move my mom were over the top! They were very knowledgeable when it came to moving everything we had. They were on time and “hit the ground running” from the time they showed up till the time they were done. It was hot and humid for a November day, and I felt so bad for them. We kept them supplied with water to help keep them hydrated. I had a pot roast, potatoes, & carrots in the crockpot and made them a to-go meal for their hard work plus tip. They were very polite and I highly recommend Hire A Helper. I have used them in the past and will use them in the future if needed.

The 3 movers the company sent to help us arrived on time , were very courteous and professional. They not only helped us unload all our stuff from a 16 ft container into our home, but also assisted in moving furniture, rugs, etc for better placement in our house within than the 2 hour estimated time. Communication from company reps before & after the move was also great. Highly recommend!
Randy & Calvin did a great job moving our old furniture out and moving our new furniture in. They were on time , polite & professional, and hard working. They were quick and efficient at our house , and then followed us to the dump to get rid of our old items as well. We really appreciate their great work and will use them in the future!

Smart Move made everything easy. They were great with communications before the move so I could plan for moving my belongings from moving containers into self storage. The two-man team was careful and thoughtful in moving all my belongings. I’m already planning to have them move my stuff from self-storage into my home.
Two guys, one older and one teen/20-yr. old. They worked hard, asked questions, had to put boxes in lot of different places. They let me know of problems they saw that could've happened en-route, so was better informed.
The crew did a good job communicating when they had a delay. They were respectful during the moving process and listened attentively when I pointed out several fragile items. Moving was done quickly and efficiently, and they asked where to put each of the larger items and didn't hesitate to move them when asked. Thank you very much!
