These movers were amazing! They moved everything from a third floor apartment for over three hours without any complaint and with a cheerful attitude. They work hard and and very fast. I would definitely use them again!

I would definitely recommend Cleansville Movers to friends and family. They were on time, prepared with the materials I asked for and worked very hard to get my move done in the time allotted. Both guys were very polite and introduced themselves and got right to work. I boxed up my own items to try to make the move as efficient as possible, so the guys were able to get to work and move the furniture right away. There was no damage to any of my items, they took good care to make sure not to damage walls as well.

Hired Cleansville Movers to unload a U-Haul for a one bedroom apartment on the third floor. Two young men showed up on time, were prepared for the job and they worked hard. They were polite, respectful of our property and I definitely would recommend them.

Cleansville Movers packed up the two moving trailers that I had for our move from Georgia to Illinois. Joel was extremely friendly and the staff was as well. However, when I got to Illinois and the trailers arrived, it was a nightmare. I have moved twice in the last 12 months and this is the first time I have had damage to things. Dining room table has a deep scratch in it, kitchen table has a gauge out of the side, dressers were damaged, dining room buffet was damaged, etc, which will end up costing me thousands of dollars to replace, repair, and/or clean. The moving company that I hired to unload the trailer asked me if I personally loaded it, due to how it looked. When they first arrived they told me that they wouldn't touch the truck load until I called their corporate office and let them know what the truck looked like. They didn't want to be held liable for damages prior to even moving one thing out of the truck. They couldn't believe how poorly it was loaded and things were not even stacked to the top. A box marked fragile was on the very bottom, with 4 boxes stacked on top of it. The moving company themselves told me that I should let whoever recommended these people, to take them off their website. They told me it was the worst truck they have ever seen and can't believe that someone actually thought it was packed the right way. I reached out to Joel directly a couple weeks after the move, so I could see everything that was damaged. When talking to Joel he told me to email him the pictures and he would take care of it. I did as he asked and still haven't heard a thing from him, which was over a month ago. I sent him a text and left a voicemail, but he seems to have disappeared. I understand that this is a moving company referred to me by hire-a-helper, but I don't feel confident in referring this company or website to anyone if these are the type of people they endorse

Not only are they professional and hard workers, but they communicate through the entire process so you dont feel alone. They had the tools to break down my queen size bed and finished both loading and unloading my U-Haul in record time! These guys will save you time, money and frustration. Cleansville Movers was on time, very friendly and courteous, and got the job done quickly but carefully. No damage to belongings. Gave me a text/call to confirm ETA and met it accurately. This was an unload-only move, with a few items to put back together. They had the tools to do so, and performed wonderfully. A good value as well. I would heartily recommend them again.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every project requires something different because each customer and client has their own unique labor needs. Once we have an opportunity to speak with customers and clients about their project, we are able to inform them of what is needed from them to assist in achiveing the perfect labor experience.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been serving residents and businesses of Georgia for nearly a decade now. We have had the pleasure of complete a wide range of services. From palletizing at showrooms across Georgia, relocating tenants of multi-family properties undergoing renovations (we have completed 10), staging homes for relators, furniture installation for student housing facilities, lumpering for warehouses, and so much more. We have done it all locally and long distance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Well. there are two parts that we would consider to be our favorite parts of being Cleansville. One of our favorite parts is having the opportunity to assist people with projects that they could not have completed without our professional help. The other is the opportunity to provide our teams with a beautiful work experience that allows them to care for their families and enjoy their work while doing so.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our teams are provided training in proper lifting, to have and when to use certain equipment, safety training for packing and caring for customer's treasures (furniture and other things near and dear to our customers), how stay focused on the project and stay busy until the project is complete, and customer service training. We train our teams to all be "A One Man Show" at all times. This ensures that every team member is doing their part to the best of their abilities.!
