Joel and his helper were the greatest. Communicated with us as promised, were a few minutes late but had called to let me know. They worked non stop from the time they arrived till they were done and everything had to be carried downstairs. They wrapped all the furniture and were very careful with my things. They were fun and polite and just all around great helpers. I would recommend these guys to anyone needing good strong backs and willing helpers. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

I've never used movers from the internet before and was a little hesitant, but I will definitely will use them again after the terrific experience I had with Joel and Doug! I chose Joel and Doug based on being one of the few consistent 5 star rating. They did not disappoint. They were on time, very courteous and respectful of my furniture and walls. Not one scratch, dent, hole or scuff mark on any of my furniture or walls. They treated my things as though it was their own. I would and will recommend them!

Joel and his team are outstanding. I normally do not write reviews but felt compelled to do this one since the main reason I selected them was the reviews I read about them. They were punctual and coordinated with me before and the day of my move. The team was careful with my items and did not do a bit of damage to the home I moved out of or the home I moved in to. I moved a 5 bedroom 2600 sq ft home and they knocked it out in no time. I certainly appreciated the positive/can do attitude from all the guys! I will definitely use these guys again and would without any hesitation recommend them to anyone. They made my moving day less stressful for me and my family and for that I am thankful!

Excellent Job packing the truck. Joel was right, even though the truck wasn't completely packed nothing moved during the trip. Joel and Doug were on time, worked hard and were respectful of my property and goods. I would definitely use them again and wished I had remembered to ask for a business card.

I can't say enough good things! They called both the day before and the morning of to confirm, arrived on time fully prepared, worked non-stop, and did a terrific job. I have NO idea how they managed to fit so much stuff onto our truck, but they did it, and all while taking excellent care of our stuff. They were friendly, courteous, professional, and I would absolutely use them again (and would recommend that you choose them too!).

A 5 start rating is not high enough!!! From the very first phone call to confirm my reservation to the moment they left my driveway, this team was AWESOME! They were punctual and professional! I had a 7 am appointment and my doorbell rang at 6:59! We had three 16 ft Pods and within 4 hours everything was unloaded and in its place. We have hardwood floors through the entire home and I was concerned about scuffs or scratches. But I am HAPPY to say that they left my home in pristine condition. The best decision you can make is to hire this team of men. You will NOT be disappointed! I'm recommending them to everyone I know!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Every project requires something different because each customer and client has their own unique labor needs. Once we have an opportunity to speak with customers and clients about their project, we are able to inform them of what is needed from them to assist in achiveing the perfect labor experience.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have been serving residents and businesses of Georgia for nearly a decade now. We have had the pleasure of complete a wide range of services. From palletizing at showrooms across Georgia, relocating tenants of multi-family properties undergoing renovations (we have completed 10), staging homes for relators, furniture installation for student housing facilities, lumpering for warehouses, and so much more. We have done it all locally and long distance.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Well. there are two parts that we would consider to be our favorite parts of being Cleansville. One of our favorite parts is having the opportunity to assist people with projects that they could not have completed without our professional help. The other is the opportunity to provide our teams with a beautiful work experience that allows them to care for their families and enjoy their work while doing so.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our teams are provided training in proper lifting, to have and when to use certain equipment, safety training for packing and caring for customer's treasures (furniture and other things near and dear to our customers), how stay focused on the project and stay busy until the project is complete, and customer service training. We train our teams to all be "A One Man Show" at all times. This ensures that every team member is doing their part to the best of their abilities.!
