We appreciate your feedback; The crew worked as necessary to move your items with and without use of equipment; We do understand that regardless to the work and effort given to provide quality services we’ll fall short of satisfying some. At times customers are uncertain and unsure of how to effectively pack load, size of truck needed all of which play part in a successful move.

Your move was initially scheduled in 2 parts over 2 days; your uncertainty was very apparent which did impact the efficiency of your move.

I myself as the owner make every effort to provide quality services to everyone of my customers; If I arrive to a job to check on a move; I’m never presented as the owner, I work as the rest of my team does to complete the move; if I arrive as observant and I see where things could move more efficiently I ensure that it’s done. All to maintain quality, professionalism and damage control.
When asked about the bed she stated she wanted to make things go faster so she’d do it herself.

I was asked by the customer to step aside though I’d already rearranged the entire truck ensuring pads provided were used to protect her items all in the short period of time on the location.
Every attempt or offering made to ensure quality services was denied by the customer.

Your move was serviced in 3 hours and payment was refused for the final hour. Our crews are efficient effective and provide quality professional services to each and every customer is our goal.
