RUNNNNNN DONNOT BOOK WITH THEM. They will destroy your personal items.

This has been the worst moving experience ever! I already spoke to a supervisor is real and gave full detail of my issues who also was no help to me or support. Had an unapologetic attitude about the situation I was at that time.

I want at least $150 of my money back as believe that’s at minimum fair as I is half.

I had rude nasty angry black men show ip to my house already with bad attitudes the driver of a monster pick up truck. He was asked before even leaving the vehicle to back out of the parking zone as we are not allowed to park there or have our vendors park there. He arrived for 2 minutes straight refused and said oh well bill the company we will pay for it cause I ain’t moving it.

When I approached my front door he was still being NASTY and rude speaking to me like I was some good on the street.

There were given directions on what to move, items going on the truck vs those not and where the other items were to be moved. My garage he said he needed specifics and could not do more than that although I clearly had more work I needed one and in other parts of my home. They were already prepaid for 2 hour up front.

Tbey move what they wanted where they wanted and did not follow instructions. Those items were through on my van and my concern then became how my items were being treated. Boxes that should have been on my truck were not placed there and are still in my home in GA… ITEMS THEY were asked to place on the truck.

When we got to the garage I did more work after they left because they were given clear instructions on where and how I wanted things stayed and placed and they were just thrown in one corner of the garage. As opposed to wrapped around wall to wall.

They had the audacity to ask for water after how I was treated.

My move was supposed to begin at 9. They arrived at 8:45am called once never attempted more than that. And AGAIN already prepaid for the move.. had already recieved my money they subsequently left before the job even began. Never tried again to reach me just left with my money??.

Finally lied to me telling me oh traffic. ,called back of we will be late 9:45, oh our boss told us to leave so now we will be back soon. Then seconds later got a message about an even later arrival time.

Unacceptable and despicable work. Items I need are in another starte, stafter late got out in half hour tossing my items around. Putting. Small or Csmall boxes at the bottom and large boxes on tops of them. Lazy disrespect attitude, half A** work and left feeling satisfied I believe.
Over an NEVER USING YOU ALL AGAIN.

Customer service manager isreal argues and yelled at me once I called back for a refund due to the horrible job and service.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

An Immediate interaction with an Ox and Bull associate after a booking has come in would be in order to set up the specifics for task at hand.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Moving day will be the easiest of the process, scheduling, logistics, specifics already been handled. All that’s left is to perform and execute! No stress for customer.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

The more prep on customer end the quicker process on labor side. Prefer beds and appliances to be broken down and unhooked. But if not it’s ok it just will be more time consuming

What types of moves have you handled?

Local [yes] long distance [yes] commercial [yes] dorm room relocation [collegiate living - whole dorm]

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Nothing favorable about moving, I look at it as a physical workout but my reason for getting up daily is because what I do with ease, may not feel like a breeze to others. And seeing customer satisfaction at end of task knowing that they would still be huffing around if not for my help does wonders to my spirit! Taking stress off others without putting stress on myself is a major win for me.

What training do you provide your crew members?

All my crewmen go threw a process of two weeks with me shadowing the job before I let them loose to join already seasoned crews
